Terms of service

Effective
Version 2.1Updated since your last acceptance

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Licence and permitted use

Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the components in an unlimited number of end products, commercial or otherwise.

You may deliver a finished end product to a client, including its source, and the licence travels with that product.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute the components themselves as a kit, template, theme, builder or component library, whether free or paid.

If a client’s own developers continue building with the components after handoff, that client needs their own licence.

4. Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, which handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes and invoicing under its own terms.

All sales are final. The full library is delivered the moment a licence activates and every component can be previewed before purchase, so refunds are provided only where required by consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in the Services, including the components, the design system and the documentation. Nothing here transfers ownership.

6. Termination

A refund or chargeback revokes the licence immediately. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, and will tell you why.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms?

A human answers. We would rather explain a clause than have you agree to something you have not read.
