The rules for using the Letrix UI website, docs and services. Purchased code is governed separately by the License.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Letrix UI is operated by Letrix Labs, a trading name of Dime Corporation Ltd (Company No. 13175488), registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Letrix UI", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of letrixui.com, the documentation, the customer dashboard, the CLI and registry services, and everything else we provide through the site (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. Purchased components are additionally governed by the Letrix UI License Agreement; where the two overlap regarding purchased code, the License Agreement controls. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a license or create an account. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
We use passwordless, email-based sign-in: accounts exist for license owners and team members, and access is tied to your email address. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for everything done through sign-in links sent to it. Sign-in links must not be shared with anyone else. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
Team licenses let the license owner assign and remove seats from the dashboard. The owner is responsible for the people they invite; removing a member ends that member's access.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes and invoicing under its own terms, which you accept at checkout. We never see or store your card details. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Licenses are one-time purchases, delivered digitally and tied to the purchasing email address. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; changes do not affect purchases already made. Buying a higher tier later adds a new license; your best tier applies.
We offer a discount for students and non-profit organizations. To use it, contact sales@letrixui.com with reasonable evidence of eligibility (for example, an academic email address or a registered charity number). Discounts are discretionary, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and are for the eligible purchaser's own use. We may revoke licenses obtained through misuse of a discount.
Letrix UI is a digital product delivered in full the moment your license activates: you immediately gain access to copy every component's source from the documentation and pull it into your projects with the CLI, and nothing can be returned once it has been delivered. Every component can also be previewed free in the documentation before you buy. For these reasons, all sales are final and refunds are given only where required by applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU: by confirming the purchase terms in your dashboard before your license activates, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU). Your license does not activate until you give this confirmation. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where the product is faulty or not as described.
Any refund or chargeback revokes the associated license and all access immediately. Questions before you buy: support@letrixui.com.
Free-tier components are provided under the MIT License. Paid components are licensed, not sold, under the Letrix UI License Agreement, which sets out what you may build with them, seat rules, and prohibited uses.
When using the Services you may not: scrape, redistribute, republish or resell the documentation or any gated source code; circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls on paid components; share license keys, sign-in links or account access with anyone outside your licensed seats; use the Services to build a directly competing component library from our code; probe, disrupt or overload the Services, or bypass rate limits; or use the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to investigate suspected abuse.
We may invite customers to submit reviews or testimonials. If you submit one, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it (with the name or handle you provide) on the Services and in our marketing. Reviews must reflect your honest experience; we may decline, edit for length, or remove reviews at our discretion. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.
The Letrix UI name, logo and marks, the site, the documentation and all content we provide are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms and the License Agreement, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our marks without our prior written consent.
The Services rely on third-party providers (for example Paddle for checkout) and may link to third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Your license includes access to component updates for as long as we make them available. We are under no obligation to release updates, new components or new features, and we may change or discontinue parts of the Services over time. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via support@letrixui.com, with no guaranteed response times.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms or the License Agreement — including sharing keys or sign-in access, redistributing gated source, or circumventing access controls. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
If you use the Services in the course of a business, you will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. This section does not apply to consumers.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the changelog with reasonable notice, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter the license terms of purchases already made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@letrixui.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring proceedings in, and rely on the mandatory consumer protections of, the country where you live.
Questions about these Terms: hello@letrixui.com, or by post to Letrix Labs, Dime Corporation Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Support: support@letrixui.com.
